To take your engine bay realism to the next level, AMT includes eight genuine turned-metal fuel injector velocity stacks right in the box. Builders can completely transform the profile of the car using the optional fastback hardtop, tonneau cover, drag grille, and competition windscreen. Paired with eight vinyl tires—including pad-printed drag slicks—and a massive 6" x 8" waterslide decal sheet loaded with classic gasser graphics, racing roundels, and stripes, no two builds on the display shelf ever have to look the same.

Before gluing any chrome-plated engine accessories together, gently scrape away the chrome plating on the hidden glue contact points with the tip of a #11 hobby blade. Plastic model cement melts and bonds bare styrene together—if you glue directly over chrome plating, the bond stays weak and can pop apart later. Once assembled, brush a light black acrylic wash into the recesses of the valve covers and around the base of those metal injector stacks to create instant, realistic mechanical depth!
