Part 1: Shipping & Delivery
1. Supported Shipping Zones
We currently ship exclusively within Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to the United States.
2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Free Shipping: We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $200.00 CAD or more (before taxes and after any applied discounts).
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $200.00 CAD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Note: Oversized or extremely heavy items may be excluded from the free shipping offer or subject to a specialized freight surcharge. This will be clearly noted on the product page and at checkout if applicable.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
- In-Stock Items: Orders for regular in-stock merchandise are typically processed and handed over to our shipping carriers within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery within Canada usually takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your province and proximity to major urban centers.
- Special Orders & Pre-Orders: If your order contains special-order or pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all items have arrived at our facility. Special orders typically carry a 2 to 4 week estimated arrival window, while pre-orders are based on the manufacturer’s release schedule.
4. Order Tracking & Lost Packages
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number.
- Lost or Delayed Packages: If your tracking information shows your package has been stuck in transit or delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
5. Returns, Damages, & Exchanges

3. Charges for Pre-Orders & Special Orders
Because special-order and pre-order items require us to allocate inventory or make upfront vendor commitments on your behalf, payment is captured in full at the time you place the order, not when the item ships.
