Hobby Hideaway Pro Tip: Before you shake up a single can of paint, you must prep the shell! The manufacturing process leaves an invisible, oily mold-release residue on the plastic that will cause your paint to flake off after your first crash. Take the clear body to your sink and scrub the inside thoroughly with warm water and a few drops of mild dish soap. Let it air dry completely. Also, be sure to only use Polycarbonate-specific spray paints (like the Tamiya PS series). Please remember that our spray paints are Store Pickup Only to avoid shipping risks due to fragile packaging and unpredictable weather conditions, so be sure to grab your favorite colors off our shelves when you pick up your new body!
